Terms and conditions for booking and payment at Senja Camping AS

These terms and conditions apply between Senja Camping AS and the person who, themselves or through someone else, books/pays for a place at Senja Camping.

The person ordering/paying is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is listed as "Senja Camping" or "We".

The booking/payment applies to the rental of a place/cabin at Senja Camping. Customers/guests at Senja Camping are obliged to "Rules".

Ordering and payment for private individuals

To book and pay for a place on the website booking.senjacamping.no, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to pay the fee, a bank card or Vipps is required.

Reservation of space:
The price includes rental of the space, booking fee and possible connection (including consumption) of electricity.

Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out before 12:00 PM.
If you arrive late, please let us know in advance.

Specified motorhome spaces include safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighbors.

Payment / order confirmation

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via email and text message (SMS). In the event of an error, we must be contacted within 7 of receiving confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

All prices are in NOK and include VAT.

Cancellation of booked camping spot

Cancellation can only be done online via the link in the email confirmation.

If cancelled at least 7 days before arrival, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded.

If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be given.

Cancellation of booked CABIN

You can cancel up to 7 days before the start of your stay and get your money back (excluding the deposit of 850:-).

Bookings made less than 7 days before arrival are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Liability for property/damage

The customer ensures the protection that the customer considers necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident and luggage insurance.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for any property left behind.

Other obligations and rules of procedure

The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental property and the facilities, follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers/visitors do the same.

Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, customers/guests must exercise the utmost consideration and silence towards other guests.

Regulations for safety distances when setting up mobile homes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four meters.

Instructions for waste separation must be followed.

Use of personal data

By using this website you also agree to Senja Camping and Hamnsystem Sverige AB's data policy. Senja Camping reserves the right to send information and marketing via email or on special occasions.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Senja Camping. The agreement terminates with immediate effect if:

Dispute

Please contact us with any complaints. Remember that the chances of the matter being resolved may be reduced if the customer delays the complaint.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, floods and other events that can be considered force majeure, We may terminate the agreement, whereby the customer and guests shall be notified as soon as possible. In cases, We are obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of services already used.
